Client: Over-the-counter products from WellSpring Pharmaceutical Corporation in preparation for a United States launch.

Approach: Blue shot the flower, originally a white daisy, then edited the image to work with the bounds of the product’s branding and to invoke a relaxed, spa-like environment that emulated the feel of the product.

Client: A pharmaceutical corporation focused on quality, reliable products and provision of medicine to those who need it.

Approach: Blue shot the photography with a straightforward, medical approach in mind. Because the images were to be used on a pharmaceutical website, it was important to portray product functionality, as well as each products’ packaging.

Dick Vitale Bobblehead

Client: Dick Vitale is a top collegiate basketball analyst for both ESPN and ABC, recognized especially for his enthusiastic takes on the sports world. 

Approach: Blue has needed clean images of the Dick Vitale bobbleheads. The photographs were to go in the “Store” section of the Dick Vitale website and therefore needed to showcase the product from every angle. Blue took multiple photos of the same product, integrated them into a single image and corrected a flaw in the product for each photography angle.

Dick Vitale Baby Baskeetballs

Client: Dick Vitale is a top collegiate basketball analyst for both ESPN and ABC, recognized especially for his enthusiastic takes on the sports world.

Approach: Blue photographed the two basketballs separately, yet needed them to be a part of the same image for the “Store” section of the Dick Vitale website. The Blue staff color corrected the two photographs and combined them into one image that looks as though the products were photographed together simultaneously.

Photo Color Correction

Blue has extensive experience with photo color correction. This client needed Blue to update the parka color from a bright orange to a deep red while maintaining the color of the trim. The photos needed to be viewable in both web and print formats, which necessitated in-depth, detailed correction.

Multiplying Product

Blue is able to create an image of a large product sample from a minimal sample size. This client did not want to put forth a large number of products for a shoot, but needed an image filled with merchandise. By providing Blue with a variety of products, the staff was able to create an image with a multitude of products.

On-Site Photography

Blue has extensive experience with on-site photography. The photograph of this commercial building was taken to show the strength of a company through the building’s height, while providing a reminder of the company’s Floridian roots with the inclusion of the palm tree.

Woman in Colored Pencil

Taken from a photograph, this image was a digital conversion to a colored pencil image.  The original image was 2” x 3” while the final image was a 16” x 20” print on watercolor paper.

Triplets

This image of triplets was created from a series of images of a single boy.  The shirt color was manipulated and the various poses were positioned to give the illusion that there were three brothers lying together.

Photo Restoration

Our graphic artists are adept in digital restorations.  In this image we were able to repair tears, wrinkles and replace missing parts of the photo, as well as remove many spots that appeared in the original. The goal, to maintain the aged look of the photo, was achieved in full.

Watercolor

This image is a digital watercolor produced from a slide.  The original contained severe motion blur, which was removed in order to meet the goal of the project: to produce a usable, artistic rendering for display.
